Indonesia: 2026 Fornas, SAS and payment boundaries

Why Atlas revised this pathway

Updated the existing pathway using PMK 5/2026, the Fornas decision applying from April 2026 and the 2026 addendum instructions. Clarified HTA routing, competent SAS authorities, catalogue and claim-value conditions. This is an Atlas research revision; official instruments retain their own dates.

Change in the Atlas pathway

Eight reference checks distinguish the financing scenario from eligibility, procurement from reimbursement, and actual first use from later settlement. No individual product, facility or patient is approved by these selections.
